OTTAWA — the initial day’s school for a few pupils in Ottawa’s French catholic college board changed.
In an email to families delivered Friday, the Conseil des ecoles catholiques du Centre-Est (CECCE) claims if your kid comes back to course depends on their college, and grade and whether or not they’re in course or learning on the web.
Pupils in Kindergarten to level 8, that are time for classes that are in-person begins school on Sept. 3.
Pupils in Grades 9 to 12 will come back to personally classes on Sept. 8, aside from those in the following schools:
- Ecole Ange-Gabriel (Brockville)
- Ecole Marie-Rivier (Kingston)
- Academie Notre-Dame (Kemptville)
- Centre scolaire Jeanne-Lajoie (Pembroke)
Level 9-12 pupils in these educational schools will go back to course on Sept. 3.
Two CECCE schools, Bernard-Grandmaitre and Jonathan-Pitre, started classes on Aug. 19.
VIRTUAL LEARNING
The CECCE claims remote learning through their Academie d’apprentissage virtuel (AAV) for Kindergarten to level 8 pupils will start on Sept. 8.
Pupils in Grades 9 to 12, that are learning through Consortium d’apprentissage virtuel de langue francaise de l’Ontario (CAVLFO) begins on line learning on Sept. 8 also.
Almost 3,400 students that are CECCE start their college year on line, the board claims.
PERSONALIZED TEACHING SCHOOLS
For pupils at Ecole Lamoureux, Ecole Edouard-Bond and Ecole Los Angeles supply, classes will start in-person on Sept. 3 and remote learning through the Centre d’enseignement personnalise virtuel (CEPV) will begin Sept. 8
